This project involved interior alterations and minor additions to a transitional two storey villa.

We removed walls and replaced all exterior window and door joinery in the kitchen, living and dining area. Working within the gutted existing shell to the rear of the house, we created a new kitchen, scullery, dining and living area. The living area included a new gas fire and built in cabinetry.

We added on a covered louvred area with outdoor fire, to create an area ideal for outdoor entertaining and family living. We replaced window and door joinery to create a seamless flow to the newly paved courtyard and pool area.
