This project involved extensive alterations and additions to a villa. The house was gutted and extended. The rear extension allowed for a new kitchen,dining and family area opening onto a landscaped back garden with new swimming pool.The existing house was replanned for three bedrooms, dressing area, ensuite and family bathroom.Downstairs was replanned for new bathroom with combined laundry, guest bedroom and TV room. A double garage with internal access was also constructed and the outside areas were landscaped with electric front gates.
