  • Concept drawings - includes plan & elevations

  • Selection of finishes and fittings, includes benches, cupboard & drawer finishes plus sinks and tapware

  • Sourcing and designer pricing of appliances

  • Detailed kitchen CAD drawings for pricing and manufacture once design approved

  • Project Management if required

BATHROOM PACKAGE INCLUDES

  • Client meeting to discuss requirements and style preferences

  • Site measure existing space & draw up base plan of bathroom location

  • Concept drawings - Plan & Elevations

  • Selection of finishes and fittings, includes floor and wall options

  • Selection and designer pricing of bathroom fittings including vanity

  • Selection of paint colours

  • Selection and designer pricing of light fittings

  • Preparation of detailed CAD drawings for pricing and construction

  • Project Management if required

PACKAGE BONUSES INCLUDE

  • Mood Boards showing all materials and fittings

  • Access to designer discounts on bathroom fittings and kitchen appliances

  • Visits to trade showrooms to view products

  • A fixed design fee is given thereby providing certainty with design cost
